About This Site
This site is a practical guide to Veliko Tarnovo: Tsarevets Fortress, the Samovodska Charshiya craft street, the Yantra river bend, and the day trips that reach the city from Bucharest, Sofia, Ruse and Plovdiv. Everything here is written to be checked.
How We Check
There is no named author here. The site is written as a small editorial desk that gathers, checks and lays out information, and it speaks only in that voice. Nobody on the desk claims to have walked the fortress walls, ridden a bus to Arbanasi or eaten anywhere in the Old Town, so no sentence on this site implies they did. When something sounds experiential, it is reporting instead: the listing says, the operator publishes, the municipal website states. The desk has no persona, no invented residency and no biography beyond the work shown on these pages.
Every rating, review count and from-price on this site is the figure published on the tour listing itself. When two checks disagree, the page says so instead of inventing a number.
How This Site Earns
Bookings made through this site earn us a small payment from the tour provider at no extra cost to you. That is the whole arrangement: we point you at the live booking page, the provider pays us when you book. Prices are the same either way, and nothing here is paid placement. The full breakdown sits on our disclosure page.
What This Site Won't Do
No invented figures, review counts or prices appear here, and no number is blended from mismatched sources. There is no fake scarcity, no countdown pressure and no paid placement dressed up as a recommendation. The desk does not claim firsthand experience it does not have, and it does not repackage local legend as established fact or as safety advice. If a claim cannot be traced back to the listing or an official source, it does not make the page.
